How much does Christmas light installation cost in Bucks County?
Most homes in our area land between $550 and $1,200 for a full installation. We price by linear foot — typically $2.50 to $7 depending on roof height and access — and that price includes the lights, clips, cords, timers, installation, season-long maintenance, January takedown, and off-season storage. Multi-story and steep-pitch roofs run about 20% higher. Our minimum job is $549.
Do I need to buy the lights?
No. We supply commercial-grade LED C9s, custom-cut to your roofline, and store them between seasons.
Will you damage my roof or gutters?
No. We use plastic clips designed for shingles and gutters. No staples, no nails, no adhesive, no holes.
When should I book?
Our November install routes typically fill by late September. Installs run early November through mid-December. Nothing is due until install day.
Do you take the lights down?
Yes, and it's included. We remove everything starting the first week of January, weather permitting, then test, repair, label and store your set until next season at no charge.
Do you do commercial properties and HOAs?
Yes. Retail centers, office parks, restaurants, municipal buildings, and HOA common areas. We carry $2M in general liability, provide certificates of insurance, and can work overnight.
What if a bulb burns out mid-season?
Call us and we'll be there within 48 hours. Season-long maintenance is included in every install.
Are you insured?
Fully. $2M general liability plus workers' comp. We'll send a certificate before we ever set up a ladder.
